Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

The Online Shopping Detox is a digital PDF product. No physical item will be shipped.

We may consider a refund only in limited cases, such as:
- duplicate purchases;
- technical issues that prevent access to the file and cannot be resolved;
- cases required by applicable consumer protection laws.
